FV INFRA LLP was appointed by Lucky International (Sioen India's primary distributor) to investigate a premature fabric failure in Amravati. Our technical audit revealed that the inverted conical tensile canopy failed due to poor workmanship, lack of proper tensioning, and sub-standard hardware used by a non-authorized vendor. As a leading tensile shed manufacturer in Amravati and an authorized partner, we were entrusted to rectify the site. We reinforced the steel framework, replaced rusted accessories with high-grade hardware, and professionally re-tensioned the Sioen membrane according to strict engineering protocols.
CUSTOMER REQUIREMENT
The client and the distributor required a professional intervention to resolve a "failed project" scenario. Key requirements included: Forensic Inspection: Identifying why a one-year-old fabric was tearing. Warranty Verification: Determining if the failure was a material defect or an installation error. Structural Rectification: Strengthening the existing "estimated" steel frame to handle actual wind loads. Professional Re-Installation: Ensuring the new membrane was wrinkle-free and tensioned correctly to qualify for a genuine Sioen warranty.
