Designed to complement a luxury estate, the structure features a heavy-duty Apollo ISI marked Grade YST 210 steel frame and the gold-standard Serge Ferrari 902 S2 (950 GSM) membrane. In collaboration with Sahakar Consultancy (Mumbai), our engineering team performed a detailed structural analysis for wind uplift and lateral loads, ensuring the canopy remains an "anchor in a storm." The use of Precontraint technology in the fabric ensures a wrinkle-free, drum-tight finish that withstands the intense Chhattisgarh sun without yellowing or sagging.

CUSTOMER REQUIREMENT

The client required a structure that matched his professional understanding of high-grade construction. Key requirements included: Structural Integrity: A design verified by engineering software to handle Raipur’s open-area wind pressures. Premium Fabric Specs: Use of the best available material (950 GSM Serge Ferrari) to avoid common issues like sagging or discoloration. Aesthetic Excellence: A smooth, "automotive-grade" finish with no rough welds or visible industrial bolts. Self-Cleaning Properties: A PVDF-coated surface to repel the heavy dust common in Raipur’s urban environment.
