PROJECT CATEGORY

Religious Trust / Public Infrastructure / Courtyard Tensile Shade

COMPLETED

PROJECT BUDGET

Low

PROJECT DESCRIPTION

FV INFRA LLP, a specialist tensile shed manufacturer in Bhandara, executed this vital infrastructure project for the Chandpur Temple. Located in a sensitive forest zone, the project required a unique approach to durability and aesthetics. We installed a heavy-duty Apollo ISI marked steel structure paired with premium Sioen nature-green tensile fabric. This "monkey-proof" design allows the fabric to absorb impact from local wildlife without denting or noise, unlike traditional metal sheets. As a leading tensile canopy manufacturer, we provided an end-to-end solution—from navigating forest logistics to delivering a 30-year structural life.

CUSTOMER REQUIREMENT

The Trust committee needed a long-term solution for high footfall in a challenging climate. Key requirements included: Wildlife Resilience: A "monkey-proof" roof that wouldn't dent, tear, or create loud noise when jumped on. Environmental Blending: A color scheme (Deep Nature Green) that would not clash with the surrounding forest. Devotee Comfort: 100% protection from the intense Vidarbha sun and heavy forest rains for people in queue. Low Maintenance: A structure that could be cleaned easily with just a pressure wash, given the remote location. Strict Budget Management: A high-quality alternative that offered better long-term value than temporary sheds.

WHAT WE DID

Consulting & Material Selection: Recommended Sioen fabric for its superior "bounce" and impact resistance specifically to handle the local monkey population. Logistics Management: Overcame forest-specific challenges, including frequent power outages and moving heavy materials around preserved trees without damage. Accelerated Execution: Completed the project in 2 months (beating the 3-month deadline) by doubling on-site resources and streamlining fabrication. Custom 3D Designing: Provided visual renders to the Trust and government authorities to ensure the green shade blended with the landscape. Quality Assurance: Used Epoxy White paint via compressor for the steel to prevent rust in the humid forest air, ensuring a 30-year lifespan.

RESULT

Successfully designed and installed a high-durability, monkey-proof tensile shelter for thousands of devotees in a dense forest area. The project was completed one month ahead of schedule, blending perfectly with the natural environment while meeting all government safety standards.
