This project involved transforming a highway-side plot into a premium lifestyle cafe. Moving away from the heavy, time-consuming traditional RCC (Reinforced Cement Concrete) slab, FV INFRA LLP engineered a lightweight, high-performance tensile membrane pavilion. Spanning across East Maharashtra, MP, and Chhattisgarh, our team specializes in these "fast-track" architectural solutions. This structure creates a landmark roadside presence, offering a breezy, indoor-outdoor flow that is impossible to achieve with brick and mortar. The translucent fabric provides a natural, diffused glow, turning the entire building into a "giant lamp" at night
CUSTOMER REQUIREMENT
The cafe owner faced a common dilemma: traditional concrete quotes were too expensive and would delay the grand opening by over six months. His requirements included: Speed of Execution: A solution that allowed the business to open in weeks, not months. Atmosphere & "Feel": A design that felt light, airy, and inviting rather than "closed-in." Thermal Insulation: Protection from the brutal sun of Central India (Odisha/MP/Chhattisgarh). Budget Efficiency: High-end aesthetics without the massive costs of heavy civil foundations and curing time.
WHAT WE DID
FV INFRA LLP provided a complete turnkey tensile solution that prioritized both "art and bones": Strategic Consultation: We redirected the project from a civil-heavy slab to a lightweight membrane, saving the client 40% in structural costs. Off-Site Fabrication: While the site was being prepared, we fabricated the high-strength steel supports and the premium membrane off-site to ensure precision. Modular Engineering: Designed a column layout that integrated seamlessly with the interior designer’s seating plan. Heat-Reflective Installation: Installed a high-grade architectural fabric that reflects UV rays, keeping the cafe significantly cooler than a concrete roof. Rapid Assembly: Executed a clean, "zero-mess" installation on-site, allowing the owner to begin interior fit-outs immediately without waiting for concrete to cure.
