What we did:
24/7 Project Management: Implemented a seamless day-night handover system, using a dedicated night crew for precision fabric tensioning under floodlights. In-House Manufacturing: Leveraged our own production unit to bypass third-party delays, ensuring all Apollo Steel components were ready for immediate assembly. Architectural Integration: Worked closely with the site architect to ensure the 3D design matched the home’s modern aesthetic and structural footprint. High-Velocity Installation: Completed the entire project by December 10th (5 days ahead of the revised 15th December deadline and 10 days ahead of the original plan). Advanced Material Application: Used PVDF-coated fabric and compressor-painted epoxy finishes to provide a 30-year structural life and 15-year fabric durability.

Collaborating with Architect Miss Awanti Ghude, we installed a heavy-duty tensile shed for car parking and a stylish restaurant-style garden canopy. To meet an accelerated 10-day deadline for a family inauguration, we deployed a specialized "Night Shift" crew for 24/7 operations. The structures utilize Apollo ISI marked steel and high-performance PVDF-coated white fabric, ensuring a self-cleaning, heat-reflective surface that maintains its "showroom look" despite Nagpur's intense dust and sun.
