CUSTOMER REQUIREMENT
Being a public figure's residence, the project demanded a structure that was both grand and functional. The client's specific requirements included: Iconic Design: A structure that serves as a visual statement at the residence entrance. Large Span Coverage: A column-free 4,000 sq.ft. area to accommodate multiple SUVs and visitors' vehicles. Architectural Detailing: The inclusion of intricate CNC laser-cut patterns to match the residence's modern elevation. Durability & Safety: High-strength steel work and fire-retardant fabric for long-term safety.
