Precision Engineering: Utilized heavy-duty Tata Steel structural pipes for maximum stability against Raipur's wind loads. High-Performance Material Supply: Supplied and installed 950 GSM translucent fabric (Mehler/Sioen) for superior natural lighting and heat reflection. Custom Fabrication: Applied industrial-grade Epoxy Smoke Gray paint via compressor for a sleek, long-lasting finish. Rapid Execution: Mobilized 7-8 expert engineers to finish the project ahead of the 21-day deadline, ensuring a "ready-to-use" space for the hotel’s evening dinner crowd.
Project Description
FV INFRA LLP, a leading tensile structure manufacturer in Raipur, completed this prestigious project at Shamrock Green Hotel on NH-6. We designed and installed a massive main stage tensile canopy and multiple cabana-style outdoor sitting canopies. Using premium 950 GSM Sioen/Serge Ferrari fabric with a specialized PVDF coating, we provided a 100% waterproof and heat-resistant solution. The structure was engineered with Tata Steel and finished in Epoxy Smoke Gray paint to match the modern aesthetic of the hotel. This project highlights our expertise as a designer tensile shed dealer capable of delivering high-performance architectural membranes for the hospitality sector in Chhattisgarh and East Maharashtra.
