Project Result:

Successfully converted a heat-trapping concrete rooftop into a premium, weather-protected employee breakout zone and evening event space. The structure was engineered to withstand high-altitude wind speeds and integrated high-end aesthetics for corporate use.

What we did:

Engineering & Design: Performed precise wind-speed calculations and load distribution to ensure safety at height. 3D Visualization: Provided a comprehensive 3D design to the architect and client before fabrication began. Material Precision: Used high-gauge Tata/Apollo heavy-section steel and Serge Ferrari 902 S2 fabric to prevent sagging and ensure a 15-year fabric life. Quality Finishing: Utilized specialized smooth welding techniques and compressor-applied paint for a flawless, mirror-like finish. End-to-End Installation: Managed the entire logistics of a "high-altitude" site, completing the installation on time and resulting in a vendor appreciation award from the client.

Project Description

FV INFRA LLP, a premier tensile canopy manufacturer in Nagpur, designed and executed this sophisticated rooftop project for Figment Global Solutions. Collaborating with Architect Komal Kathed, we created a "one-point solution" to transform an unused terrace into a luxury breakout space. The project features a heavy-duty Apollo Steel (YST 210 grade) frame and the world-renowned Serge Ferrari 902 S2 precontraint fabric. Our engineering team specialized in wind-load distribution for this multi-story installation, ensuring the structure remains rock-solid during Nagpur’s high-wind seasons while providing a "non-stick" self-cleaning surface.
