Today, I’m feeling truly overwhelmed. This isn’t just any ordinary day — today marks the completion of five full years of our company, FV INFRA LLP.
These five years represent far more than the passage of time. When I reflect on this journey, it fills me with deep emotion. Every project we completed, every deal we closed, every city we worked in, and every client we had the privilege to serve comes rushing back. The people we worked with, the places we stayed, the countless instant accommodations, the endless travels, the simple meals of dal-chawal to reduce project cost, the late-night designs, the intense meetings, the tough negotiations, the advance payments received, and sometimes the delayed ones — all of it is etched in my memory. Not only positive aspects but all those frustrating moments, fear of failure, difficult situation, and learning from mistakes to leveling up with own resources, team and turnover with every passing year.
We’ve had the opportunity to work with some of the most respected clients, builders and architects — from small, humble units to landmark projects like the Trimbakeshwar Jyotirling temple, railway stations, meditation centers, govt depts, restaurants, schools, colleges, hospitals, and police stations, along with numerous residential and commercial developments. And not just in Nagpur — our footprint now extends across Chhattisgarh, Madhya Pradesh, Rajasthan, Gujarat, Telangana, and eastern Maharashtra completing more than 150+ projects.
I still remember every single day, every task, and every client. We approached each one with full consciousness — the same way I now care for my daughter — always determined to give the best. This is why FV has always felt like my first child.
This journey wasn’t easy, nor was it overwhelmingly difficult — it was exuberant. Earning money has only been the tip of the iceberg. What truly matters is the immense learning, the confidence we’ve built, the clarity in handling complex commercial situations, and most importantly, the powerful vision we’ve shaped for the years ahead. That is the most satisfying reward of all.
On this special day, I want to express my heartfelt gratitude to my partner, Shubham Koche, who has been with me managing the complete lifecycle of every project from the moment a deal is closed until final handover on site. His support has given me the confidence to fearlessly chase bigger opportunities in this vast ocean. I’m also deeply thankful to every team member, vendor, and supplier who had worked and have been still working with us to make all of this possible. And above all, to our valued clients — thank you for trusting us.
