The design we settled on was a unique Both Side Cantilever with a Center Column setup. Why that specific design? Because the size was huge—a long, linear 120 feet and 25 feet in width structure—and we needed a smart way to distribute that massive load equally. The center columns, combined with high-gauge steel pipes and heavy GSM fabric, solved that engineering puzzle perfectly.
Mr. Khorde had the typical, practical questions: How quick is the install? How long will it last?
We explained that with 7 to 10 fabricators on-site, we could finish the whole thing in under a week. We promised longevity: the heavy-duty, Tata-make, ISI-marked mild steel (YST 210 grade) framework would last for 27 years, and the membrane fabric itself, over 17 years. We offered a low, competitive price that he was very happy with. It’s what allows us to sleep at night, knowing we’ve delivered a reliable structure.
