The Hospital In-charge also had practical questions: How many laborers? What do you need from us? What about maintenance?
We kept it simple and clear. The complete project would be done in three weeks (which we actually achieved), using only five laborers and a site supervisor. And for maintenance? Virtually none is needed because the material is self-cleaning.
For materials, we didn’t compromise: ISI marked YST 210 grade mild steel for the frame, secured with SS wire rope, and finished with durable Asian-make epoxy paint. The fabric roof for car parking was an opaque 885 GSM quality, which ensures optimum performance and makes the final product of optimum best quality.
The size of the canopy was bigger than usual, presenting an engineering challenge. But we solved it the way we always do: by using high gauge steel pipes and that heavy-duty tensile fabric, ensuring the structure was solid and built to last.
